Wellington Point
I’ve been wanting to go here for a long time. I saw this on the internet while searching for places where to go around Brisbane. Now that the weather is perfect (not too warm, not raining), I finally pushed myself to go.
I looked for low tide times and saw that it was at around 8AM. I got there around 7AM and still can see the sandbar which was great. I didn’t have to wait for another hour.
There’s not much people which is cool. Then I walked to King Island. It would be cut of from the main land if it’s high tide. There were plenty of trees and shrubs in the area. Fortunately there’s no snakes.
After walking through the mud, I went to nearby attraction which is the Wellington Point Pier. Just like any other pier but I find it nicer because it’s not crowded.
Another adventure unlocked.
